We run our popular and stimulating Adult Ballet/Contemporary dance class Tuesday evenings (7.30 - 8.30pm) in Redbourn Village Hall.

This class is designed to lose weight, tone up and keep fit and is adapted to every level. It helps develops flexibility, co-ordination and balance and tones the major muscle groups in the legs, arms and core. It gets the heart rate up and is more enjoyable than jogging round the block!  Most of the people in this class have done ballet or modern maybe as a child or older and now want to return to it for fitness and fun! 

A study in the Daily Mail reported that taking up a dance class reduces the risk of developing dementia by a whopping 76%!

Please note that a 10% discount is given if you have a child in the School.
