Modern/Contemporary dance is a great workout. Learn a few basic patterns and you are off to a great cardio workout. This form of dance gets the heart rate up in a way that’s way more enjoyable than a jog around the block! It tones the major muscle groups in the legs, arms and core and is a super fun way to stay in shape!
The classes are also very sociable!

The Senior Ballet classes for the slightly older children move on from the first steps in ballet to introduce barre work, centre practice, allegro, simple enchainements and creative ballet themes to inspire young dancers. This gives a good basis for any child to either continue with ballet or move onto other forms of dance.

The Junior Ballet classes are for children who have either done the foundations of ballet when very young and are ready to be introduced to the second stage of their learning or for the older beginner. This includes more complicated lessons using patterns and directions.

Tiny Tots Ballet for 2-5 year olds is an introduction to dance. The classes are fun with lots of clapping, singing and dancing to nursery rhyme and other familiar music. The children learn to dance in circles, patterns, directions and with partners. Classes include miming (e.g.
